LTDF is a boutique architecture and interior design firm located in New Delhi, India. Founded by architects Prashaant Kochhar and Uphar Chibber, LTDF has expanded its diverse portfolio since its inception in 1997. Natasha Kochhar joined LTDF as a partner in 2009, further strengthening the creative dimensions of the young and dynamic firm.
LTDF prides itself for designing unique projects of lasting significance. Our focus on design and highly personalised services for the client have provided the platform for our expansion. We aim at creating a harmony between our artistic imagination and the boundaries imposed by the realities of the project. Our projects span from luxury to corporate, retail to commercial, our style of enhancing sophistication with high design intent and subtlety being evident in their articulation.

As a designer, I work to create harmony between a project's fullest prospective and its limitations. I believe that a great design is the culmination of an understanding between the designer, the client and the space. My role is to translate the client's lifestyle and personality into their space while stylising the needs and maintaining a conceptual thread to ensure that the space reaches its highest potential.

Design in itself presents endless possibilities of creative expression, limited only by our own imagination (and ofcourse the site conditions). Every project for me is a blank pallette where it is my job to interpret and create the best masterpiece possible- where each detail is sketched with the colours of the imagination . This is the challenge pushes me to achieve design excellence.

I believe that design is a conversation between the architect and the space to be designed, and I feel very fortunate to be able to participate in this tète-à-tète! I try not to let creativity linger under the pressure of perfection - as perfection is usually a matter of opinion more than design.
